For those born before 1990, you may recall that mobile phones are rare sightings. Majority of the people use coins and phone cards to make phone calls at public telephone booths. Phone card collecting was then a popular hobby. Phone cards come in all sort of colourful designs. Moving on, people may no longer make phone calls at public phone booths, but vintage phone cards of rare designs are still very much sought after by avid collectors.
