An order confirmation email will be sent to you. Make full payment according to the payment instructions within 24 hours from time of order confirmation. Otherwise, the orders will be invalidated. A SGD$300.00 cancellation fee with an interest rate of 25% P.A. will be imposed and necessary actions will be taken to recover the fee owed to us. The payment modes are as below.

Once your full payment is cleared, we will send you a payment confirmation via WhatsAPP / Email. It would be helpful if you could forward to us your proof of payment ( via WhatsAPP / Email ) to facilitate the process.

Make arrangement to collect your bullion products purchase within 7 calendar days from date of full payment.
For bullion testing services, please get in touch with us to arrange the testing session within 7 calendar days from date of full payment.
