2 – GCB Buyback Confirmation
Global City Bullion will contact you via email or WhatsApp to advise you on the next steps. Once we confirm that we are able to buy back your bullion, an appointment will be arranged for you to complete the transaction at our sales office.
Please note that the final buyback price will be determined and fixed only at the time of the transaction at our sales office, based on the prevailing buyback price.
The condition of your bullion may affect the final buyback price. The prevailing buyback prices listed apply to bullion in its original or Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) condition, or in the same condition as when purchased from Global City Bullion. Abrasions, damaged or missing original certificates or packaging, and other signs of wear or damage may result in a 0.5% to 3% reduction from the listed buyback prices, depending on the type and severity of the imperfection.
3 – Bring Your Bullion to GCB
Make an appointment to bring your bullion to our sales office for assessment and price fixing.

4 – Bullion Verification by GCB
Once the buyback price has been agreed upon, we will proceed to verify the authenticity of your bullion.
5 – Payment
Upon successful verification of your bullion, payment for buyback transactions of up to SGD $20,000.00 will be made immediately via PayNow or electronic bank transfer.
For buyback transactions exceeding SGD $20,000.00, payment will be processed within 3 to 5 banking business days (Monday to Friday).
Please note that all buyback payments are made electronically. We do not make cash payments.
Other Information
In accordance with Singapore’s Prevention of Money Laundering, Financing of Terrorism, and Proliferation Financing (ML/FT/PF) requirements, you are required to present a valid NRIC, government-issued photo identification, or passport for identity verification and record-keeping purposes when selling bullion to us.
