1 : What is the difference between physical precious metals and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs)?

2 : Why choose to invest in physical precious metals over ETFs and stocks?

Investing in physical precious metals grants you direct ownership and seamless global liquidity. By removing counterparty risk and burdensome management fees, it secures your wealth independently, entirely free from the performance of corporations or fund managers.

3 : Should I invest in gold or silver?

Ultimately, the choice depends on individual investment goals. Gold prices tend to be far more stable than silver, moving steadily and serving as an excellent tool for long-term wealth preservation. Conversely, because the silver market is smaller, its price swings are much more dramatic. While silver historically outperforms gold on a percentage basis during precious metals bull markets, it also experiences sharper declines during downturns.

4 : What is spot price?

The spot price is the real time fluctuating market price at which raw gold or silver is traded globally.

5 : Why are retail prices always higher than spot prices?

The retail price includes a premium, which covers the cost of refining, production, minting, logistics and a dealer margin.

6 : Are the prices on your website updated in real time?

Yes. Our pricing engine links directly to live global precious metals markets. Prices are updated every 3 to 5 minutes during market hours.

7 : What are the difference between bars, coins, and rounds?

Bars: Poured or stamped by private or government refineries. They offer the lowest markup over the spot price, making them the most cost-effective choice for bullion investing.

Coins: Minted by government mints. They carry a legal tender face value and usually command higher premiums due to collectibility.

Rounds: Look like coins but are minted by private refiners. They carry no legal tender face value and premiums vary.

8 : Do your bullion bars and coins come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

Most bullion bars come sealed in tamper-evident packaging with an integrated Assay Certificate verifying their weight and purity. Government-issued coins typically do not come with paper certificates, as their design features, exact weights, and legal tender status serve as their official authenticity guarantee.

9 : Is there a minimum order requirement?

No.

10 : Are investment-grade gold and silver bullion subjected to sales tax?

In many jurisdictions, qualifying Investment Precious Metals (IPM) are legally exempt from local sales taxes. Generally, gold must be at least 99.5% pure and silver must be at least 99.9% pure to qualify for this tax exemption. Singapore is one of these jurisdiction. Find out more here.
