Terms and Conditions
1. These terms and conditions serve as agreement between customers and GC Management Pte. Ltd. (referred to as “Global City Bullion” in all terms and conditions hereafter). The referencing scope pertains to, but not limited to, purchase, selling, subscriptions and information to all products and services offered by Global City Bullion. Customers are deemed to have read and accept all of the terms and conditions before any association with Global City Bullion.
2. Purchase of products and services. After orders are made online, an order confirmation will be sent to customers via email, within 24 hours. The prices reflected on the confirmation emails are the locked in prices. All confirmation emails serve as evidence of receipt, unless there are delivery failure email notifications received by Global City Bullion within 24 hours from delivery of initial confirmation emails. Products and services customers purchased may be readily available in our stock inventory or require pre-order. Readily available products and services are delivered according to the stipulated timelines upon full payment, whereas delivery timeline for pre-order products and services may be longer, depending logistical arrangement with external parties. All purchases are final. Any cancellation, refund and returns are strictly not applicable.
3. Payment. An order confirmation email will be sent to you. Make full payment according to the payment instructions within 24 hours from time of order confirmation. Otherwise, the orders will be invalidated. A SGD$300.00 cancellation fee with an interest rate of 25% P.A. will be imposed and necessary actions will be taken to recover the fee owed to us.
4. Order collection and refund/cancellation policy. All purchases from Global City Bullion shall to be collected within 7 calendar days from the date of full payment. No refund and/or cancellation upon confirmation of order(s).
5. Cancellation of purchase orders by Global City Bullion. Global City Bullion has the exclusive rights to cancel any purchase orders from customers under the following circumstances. (i) When payments due is not received with the specified payment timeline. (ii) Incorrect pricing and order information due to computer and information technology related disruptions and malfunctions. (iii) Any suspicious and questionable purchase orders which pose significant risk to Global City Bullion. (iv) Any other conditions beyond the control of Global City Bullion, such as, (but not limited to) sudden market (financial and precious metals) fluctuation, price rigging, natural disasters, disease and pandemic outbreaks, import and export restrictions, fire and theft. All decisions to cancel any purchase orders by Global City Bullion are final and Global City Bullion shall have no obligation to reveal the reasons and grounds leading to the cancellations.
6. Selling bullion to Global City Bullion. Global City Bullion shall buy back bullion (gold, silver and platinum) that are being purchased from www.globalcitybullion.com based on the “buy back prices” and procedures indicated on the official website (www.globalcitybullion.com). Bullion not purchased from Global City Bullion will be bought back on a case by case basis. Global City Bullion may refuse to buy back any bullion under the following circumstances. (i) The bullion is not in original conditions. Factors, such as, (but not limited to), abrasion, milk spots and copper spots can or may be considered as deterioration of bullion conditions. (ii) The bullion is from questionable sources, fake or counterfeit. (iii) Incorrect pricing and information due to computer and information technology related disruptions and malfunctions. (iv) Any other conditions beyond the control Global City Bullion, such as, but not limited to sudden market (financial and precious metals) fluctuation, price rigging, natural disasters, disease and pandemic outbreaks, import and export restrictions, fire and theft. All decisions to rejection of buying back of precious metals by Global City Bullion are final and Global City Bullion shall have no obligation to reveal the reasons and grounds leading to the rejections.
7. Privacy Policy. Global City Bullion respects full privacy of their customers, users and working partners. Global City Bullion will only use them for official communication and marketing activities when deemed appropriate. Global City Bullion will never sell, share or exchange personal data and information with any third parties, excluding government authorities and police force due to suspected links to fraud, money laundering and criminal acts under the law of Singapore. Global City Bullion will safeguard all private information from any possible misuse.
8. Limited Liabilities. Global City Bullion will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by their customers arising from the purchase of products and services, and use of information from (www.globalcitybullion.com). Global City Bullion shall from time to time, modify any information on their website, publications and other media sources without any prior notifications. Bullion market is extremely volatile and any related investment involve a certain degree of financial risk. Global City Bullion shall not be liable for any losses arising from all investment decisions of their clients.
9. Governing Laws and Language Discrepancies. All terms and conditions are governed under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Singapore. In line with the Singapore Ministry of Law for purposes of anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism, you are required to present your NRIC, Photo ID or Passport for verification and record keeping when conducting any transaction with Global City Bullion. Any discrepancies arising between English and other languages, the English version shall prevail.
