Yes. We accept cash of up to SGD $20,000.00 for walk-in purchases at our sales office only.

Full payment will have to be made via PAYNOW or bank transfer within 24 hours from time of order confirmation.

We buy back bullion at our sales office via appointment only.
8 : How do we get paid when selling back bullion to Global City Bullion?
We pay via PAYNOW or bank transfer immediately for amount up to SGD $5,000.00, any amount above may take up to 3 to 5 banking days.
9 : Do I need to make an appointment for collection of online purchases?
Yes. Appointments eliminate disruptive long waiting time.
10 : Why do I need to give my NRIC / Photo ID for verification and record keeping?
In line with the Singapore Ministry of Law for purposes of Singapore Anti-Money Laundering, Countering the Financing of Terrorism, and Proliferation Financing (AML/CFT/PF) regulations, you are required to present your NRIC, Photo ID or Passport for verification and record keeping when you collect your purchases.
