Question 1 : Do you have a physical shop?
We have a physical sales centre located at 505 Bishan Street 11 #01-428 Singapore 570505.

Question 2 : Do you accept payment by cash?
Yes. We accept cash for walk-in purchases at our sales centre only.

Question 3 : What is the payment timeline?
Full payment will have to be made via Internet bank transfer (FAST) or PayNow within 1 hour from time of order confirmation. Otherwise, order will be voided.

Question 4 : Do you accept payment by credit cards?
No. We accept online payments only. Internet bank transfer (FAST) and PayNow.

Question 5 : Can I buy bullion at your sales office?
Yes. Walk-in welcomed.

Question 6 : What is your processing time and delivery schedule like?
All orders will be processed within 24 hours upon full payment, including weekends and public holidays. Delivery schedule is on a “First Book First Served” basis.

Question 7 : Why are prices at the checkout cart different from those I saw on the site a while ago?
Market spot prices move every minute during trading hours. Our bullion products are priced based on real time spot prices. Refresh your browser to get the most accurate prices before placing your order.

Question 8 : Do you do door to door delivery?
Yes. We offer FREE door to door delivery. Find out more about delivery information.

Question 9 : Do I need to make an appointment to visit your Sales Centre?
Not necessary but appreciated.

Question 10 : Why do I need to give my NRIC / Photo ID for verification and record keeping?
In line with the Singapore Ministry of Law for purposes of anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism, you are required to present your NRIC, Photo ID or Passport for verification and record keeping when you (buy / sell) bullion (from / to) us. Click here for more information.
